• Design, develop, and maintain robust pipelines and applications within Palantir Foundry.
• Leverage Palantir Gotham for advanced analytics and operational intelligence.
• Build and optimize backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Plotly Dash.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while ensuring best practices in development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support agile development practices.

• 12+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Gotham.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• 4+ years of experience creating dashboards using Plotly Dash.
• Solid understanding of data structures, ETL workflows, and SQL.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools, and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical groups.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Palantir Foundry certification required.
